On Sunday, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim is set to unveil Malaysia's potential return to the Formula 1 calendar. According to his announcement, this development comes amid uncertainties surrounding races in the Middle East. On July 25, Defence Minister Mohamed Khaled Nordin reaffirmed Malaysia's stance of not recognizing Israel and its policy of restricting Israeli nationals from entering the country. He emphasized that this position has been a fundamental part of Malaysian government policies for some time. Also on July 25th, Anwar Ibrahim called for an end to fear-based politics and urged Generation Z to work towards bridging long-standing racial narratives in Malaysia. He stated that while Pakatan Harapan (PH) is open to unifying efforts, they must be inclusive of all races present in the country.
