Casio has officially launched its new Edifice chronograph collection, featuring models equipped with Tough Solar technology and sapphire crystal glass. The lineup includes two variants: the steel-bracelet EFS-S660D-1AJF and the rubber-strapped EFS-S660PB-1AJF, both priced at ¥33,000 (~$208).
The new models are designed for durability and functionality, offering a water resistance of 10 bar and a solar-powered chronograph. The rubber-strapped version, EFS-S660PB-1AJF, features new Toyota Racing branding, highlighting a collaboration between the two brands.
Both watches are set to ship in August 2026, marking the latest addition to Casio’s Edifice line. The inclusion of sapphire crystal and solar charging reflects Casio’s ongoing commitment to innovation in watchmaking.
The launch follows recent trends in the watch industry toward sustainable and durable designs, with Tough Solar technology allowing the watches to charge using light. (notebookcheck.net)
