Telecom-related complaints have surpassed other ICT issues in Kenya, according to recent data. Consumer concerns primarily focus on service quality, with a notable number of unresolved cases. During the reporting period, 548 complaints were addressed, accounting for 82 percent of all received. A smaller number of 122 cases are still being actively followed up on. The report highlights the ongoing challenges faced by consumers in the telecommunications sector. The data underscores the need for improved service delivery and customer support. The findings are based on a review of consumer grievances processed by regulatory authorities. The report also suggests that unresolved cases may indicate systemic issues within the industry.
