Indonesian actor and model Samudera Hurley Taylor has been fined RM500 after pleading guilty to charges related to an airport incident. The court session took place in Sepang, near Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), where Taylor admitted to using insulting words against airline staff and disobeying authorities. The charges stem from an outburst that occurred during his travel through the airport.
Taylor was also charged with a separate offense related to drug possession. While the court accepted his guilty plea, the full consequences of the drug charge remain pending. The magistrate’s court in Sepang handled the case, and the fine was imposed as part of the sentencing.
The incident highlights the legal repercussions of disruptive behavior in public spaces, particularly at airports. Authorities emphasized the importance of compliance with safety protocols.
