Philippine police have arrested three men in Cavite for allegedly offering services to tamper with electric meters. The suspects were apprehended by the Philippine National Police–Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP–CIDG) in Sitio Cubao, Barangay Kabulusan, General Emilio Aguinaldo (newsinfo.inquirer.net).
The CIDG stated that the three individuals, whose identities were not disclosed, were arrested on Tuesday.
