Bola Oyebamiji, the APC governorship candidate in Osun State, has challenged Governor Ademola Adeleke’s financial disclosures, accusing him of misleading claims about the state’s finances. Oyebamiji alleges that Adeleke’s accounts are inaccurate, with the former leaving behind a sum of N15 billion. Meanwhile, four APC members were shot in Ilesa by alleged thugs linked to Adeleke’s Accord Party during a rally preparation, according to SaharaReporters. The victims’ condition remains unknown.

In Abia, the party gave Senator Orji Uzor Kalu and Representative Chris Nkwonta a 14-day ultimatum to apologize for comments perceived as supporting Governor Alex Otti’s re-election. In Lagos, Dr. Hamzat is running as the APC’s governorship candidate for the 2027 elections. In Benin, a coalition of 25 groups endorsed Dr. Paddy Iyamu’s candidacy, resolving earlier doubts about his origin.
