China has pledged a grant of 40.3 billion naira, equivalent to 200 million yuan, to support development projects in Nigeria. This financial commitment was announced during a meeting in Abuja between Chinese Ambassador Yu Dunhai and Nigerian officials. The move aims to strengthen infrastructure and economic growth in key sectors.
The currency swap initiative is expected to reduce transaction costs and improve trade efficiency. Officials emphasized the importance of joint efforts in education and economic development.
