Six people, including three Pakistanis, were killed in a Houthi attack on a ship in the Red Sea, according to Yemen’s government. The Yemeni government confirmed the deaths, stating that the attack was carried out by Iran-aligned Houthis. The incident has raised concerns about the growing threat to maritime trade in the region. Meanwhile, the Pentagon has disclosed that U.S. Airstrikes in Yemen last year resulted in 153 civilian casualties and 243 injuries.
Separately, the Houthi group claimed responsibility for an attack on a Saudi ship in the Red Sea. The ongoing conflict has led to increased attacks on commercial vessels, prompting international calls for de-escalation.
