B Lab Africa has launched its seventh cohort of the Resilient Sustainable Business (RSB) Programme, offering nine weeks of training to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) integrate sustainability into their operations. The initiative aims to strengthen business resilience and prepare participants for investment opportunities.

The program reflects a growing emphasis on sustainability across the African business landscape, with 112 companies now certified as B Corps. Participants will gain tools and strategies to align their businesses with environmental and social standards. The RSB Programme is part of B Lab Africa’s broader mission to support ethical and sustainable business practices.

Applications for the new cohort are now open, targeting SMEs across the continent. The program is designed to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge needed to navigate global sustainability trends and attract investment. As more African businesses prioritize long-term environmental and social impact, the RSB Programme positions SMEs to compete in an evolving market.

The initiative underscores the increasing role of sustainability in business strategy, offering a pathway for African entrepreneurs to build resilient, responsible enterprises.
